Switch off and Remove battery

Then with T6 Torx Driver remove the 4 screw on the rear of the 6310 phone.

Now you have to split the two halves apart starting from the bottom.

I find that running my thumb nail up each side in the gap speading it slighty does it

We also do a tool kit with a special tool for parting halves of phones.

Then ease the top apart please note the clips by looking at the new cover.
Next to remove the circuit board from the front cover

Remove the 1 screw holding the antenna to the phone board.

Now carefully remove from the front .the circuit board with lcd/key board

Remove keypad

Now install this onto the new front cover in revese order
