To Return an Item

Please Contact us First ether by our Contact page

• Please put Your order/invoice Number in the message to make it easy for tracking and proofing date of purchase,
• Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.
• Please provide a full description of why and return item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.
• In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault first by contact above and when requested to...
  
• Return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories, You can keep our business card for your future referance.
• Note any Cost of returning product must be reasonable with respect to what you paid to receive the goods and  agreed first before sending or the return will be rejected.
• Then send the package by Recorded Mail to the address below  (We do not cover this cost of the return postage on our extended "30 day money back guanrantee")
